  • How many days in advance do we need to give for an order?
We recommend  7 days notice for order less than 50 cups and longer notice  for bigger orders or peak season.
    • How do we know the flavour in each cup?
    Every cup will have a flavour label on the lid.
    • Do we need to prepare our own spoons?

    No, you do not need to prepare any spoons.  Every party pack comes with spoons and napkins.  

    • Why does my box look different from the picture on website?

    Every box is handpainted and unique.  No 2 boxes look the same :)

    • Can I specify my box colour?

    Yes, you can state your preference in the Remarks.  Subject to stock availability, we will try to meet your preference.  We seek your kind understanding if we are unable to do so in event we do not have stock that match your colour preference.

    • Do we get to keep the box?

    Yes, the box is for you to keep.

    • Do we get a refund if we return the box?

    Sorry, we do not take back used boxes.

    • Why the embellishment on lid is different from those on screen?
    We use an assortment of embellishment, hence may not be the same as what is shown on our website. 
    • Why the cup for petite scoop and upsized scoop the same?

    The same cup is used for both scoop sizes.   The difference is the amount of ice cream in the cup.  Petite size scoop will fill up to two-third of the cup, weighing approximately 60gram. Upsized scoop will fill up almost the entire cup, weighing approximately 90gram.

    • How do I decide which scoop size to order?

    We recommend Petite scoop for events which already have a full buffet spread or lots of food.  Regular scoop are more suitable for events with little food or ice cream is the main event.

    • Are your ice-cream certified Halal?

    No, they are not Halal certified.  They contain no eggs, pork and lard, suitable for vegetarians, except for Chocolate Marshmallow.

    • Are your ice cream vegetarian?

    Yes, they are, except for Chocolate Marshmallow as marshmallow contain gelatin.

    • Does your ice-cream contain alcohol?

    Most of our flavours do not contain alcohol.  If they contain alcohol, they will be stated.

    • How long can the ice-cream stay frozen?

    They can stay frozen in the closed box for approximately 3 hours (2 hours for Ice-Cream Huddle party pack) .  If your event extend beyond 3 hours, you can top up dry ice for a small fee.

    • How do I know what flavours to choose?

    Do  checkout our flavour chart for a description of the flavours before making your choices.  

    In all events, we recommend clients to choose some popular flavours such Dark Chocolate and Cookies and Cream, followed by the more unique ones. In this way, you would have cater to people who prefer classic  flavours as well as those who are willing to venture into the unknown.

    • Do you deliver?

    Yes, we deliver Singapore island-wide and Sentosa at a fee.  Self-collect will be at our Siglap outlet.  We are closed on Sundays, hence no deliveries and collections on Sundays.

    • How much is the delivery fee?
    Order value $100.00 and below   - $20
    Order value $100.01 to $299.99  - $15
    Order value $300 and above       - free
      • Is there any GST charges?
      The party pack price is nett.  No GST charges.
      • What payment modes do you accept?

      We accept credit card payment when you order online.  You can also choose to make bank transfer or PayNow to our corporate UEN.  Please state the order number when making the transfer and email us when payment is completed.  Bank transfer and PayNow payment need to be done at least 3 days before delivery date.

      Please note that we do not accept cash or any payment  on delivery.

      • Can we cancel our order after confirmation?

      There shall be no refund if order is cancelled 5 working days prior to delivery date.

      For cancellation more than 5 working days prior to delivery date, the refund amount will be determine on case by case basis.
